MUSHROOM TOPPED PORK CHOPS 
1 c. chopped mushrooms
1 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese

1 tbsp. butter

Brown pork chops on both sides in butter. Place in oven proof dish.

Prepare topping: Saute mushrooms and onions in butter until there is no more liquid. Mix together mushroom, onion, parsley, egg, salt and pepper. Place on top of pork chops. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes then put Cheddar cheese on top and bake 10 minutes more.
