OVERNIGHT FRENCH TOAST 
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup brown sugar
bread slices (your choice)
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk (eggnog may be used if available)
cinnamon, for sprinkling

Melt butter with brown sugar and spread into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Place two layers of bread over mixture. Mix together eggs and milk and pour over bread. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Let sit in refrigerator overnight.

Bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
