SIMPLE TACO DIP
1 env. taco seasoning (I use Taco Bell)
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened (regular Philadelphia)
1 (16 oz.) tub dairy sour cream (Daisy's)
1/2 head of fresh lettuce
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. shredded cheese (Colby Jack)
small tomato, diced (if you like them)
1 (15 oz.) jar medium salsa (your favorite)

In a large mixing bowl spoon in the dairy sour cream and entire envelope of taco seasoning. Add cream cheese and beat on medium high for 4 minutes (or until smooth).

Spatula onto a serving platter (about the size of a pie dish). Chop the lettuce into 2x2-inch strips. Sprinkle the first cheese package on top of the dip then arrange the lettuce evenly, and lastly top with more cheese.

Serve with Tostitos scoops. Enjoy!!!

You don't have to but you can also add diced tomatoes on top, or salsa if you prefer
