BANANA PECAN BREAD 
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 medium bananas, mashed

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch pan. Set aside.

In a bowl mix together first five ingredients. In a second bowl beat eggs and oil together, then mix in mashed bananas to oil and eggs.

Now add dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir all together only till smooth. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes.
