“100% FIBER MUFFINS” IS IN:

100% FIBER MUFFINS 
DRY:

1 cup Fiber One (cereal)
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup wheat bran
1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup flaxseed
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup dried chia seeds
1 cup psyllium husk powder (good source of fiber)
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

WET:

1 cup milk
1/2 cup canola oil
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 12 muffin cups.

In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients. In a small bowl mix all wet ingredients then add to dry. Mix well. Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3rds full.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Makes 12 muffins.
