Makes a TON of stew! I only used 1.5 lbs of beef stew meat, 5 potatoes, 1/4 cup onion and 3 carrots and it STILL took my entire crock pot! Also, this recipe doesn't thicken. I had to add a pack of gravy mix plus about 1/4 cup of flour to thicken it up. Very tasty with some personal touches!!

I made this, only I didn't add the corn or green beans, and it was awesome. Instead of water and cubes, I used a can of beef broth...same thing. Yumm!

just put it together, hope it turns out. My crock is stuffed! Can't even stir, hope I can scoop when finished.

I enjoyed making this recipe, I added a little bit of red wine and 1/4 flour and butter for thickness, it worked out great.

Only did half of the ingredients. Filled my cooker. Excellent recipe.
