1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 3/4 cup heavy cream Melt butter in saucepan; add cream and cheese. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly. Do not boil! Serve over hot fettuccine noodles. Serves 4. | |
