HOMEMADE BARBECUE SAUCE FOR GRILLED RIBS | |
1 cup molasses (Grandma's) 1/2 cup white vinegar 1/2 cup Dijon mustard 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. salt 1 to 3 tsp. minced garlic 1 tsp. Tabasco or hot sauce Measure out all of the above ingredients into an electric blender. Press the liquefy button for one minute. Place pre-boiled cut ribs, evenly, into three large Ziploc style plastic bags and portion the barbecue sauce, evenly over the ribs. Close the Ziploc style bags and refrigerate overnight. After removing the ribs from plastic bags, place on hot grill. Save any leftover sauce from bags and put into a small bowl. Turn ribs two to three times. Brush each of the ribs with additional sauce each time. Grill until sauce on ribs is dry. Enjoy! Submitted by: Ryan Dale |
