48 oz. baked beans (B&M or whatever)
1 cup ketchup (Hunts)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp. instant coffee (this is a must!)
3 (1 lb. ea.) pkgs. hot dogs, divided

Chop onion, slice 2 packages hot dogs in bite size pieces. Mix all ingredients and put in baking dish. Lay remaining package of hot dogs on top.

Bake at 325°F for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
