RYAN'S HOT WING DIP | |
2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs.cream cheese, softened 1 cup FRANK'S® RedHot hot sauce (or your favorite) 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 (12 oz.) jar Marie's Blue Cheese (found near salads at Walmart) 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese (your choice) Bake chicken in oven or toaster oven on 400°F for 35 minutes. Let chicken cool, then pull it apart to your desired size pieces. Soften cream cheese in microwave safe bowl until smooth. Add entire jar of blue cheese and 1 cup of hot sauce to the cream cheese. Mix with an electric mixer till smooth and all the chunks are gone. Add chicken to the mixture and mix on low till its fully mixed. Pour into an 8x8-inch glass dish and sprinkle whole bag of shredded cheese on top evenly. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes. Enjoy! Hint: I enjoy it after it sits overnight in the refrigerator on hamburger buns. But you can also enjoy it with your favorite tortilla chip or cracker. Submitted by: Ryan Fannock |
