THE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
This recipe is extremely simple.

6 eggs
1 (16 oz.) pkg. sliced bacon
2 cups hash browns (sub any potato product)
1/2 lb. breakfast sausage
1 pkg. shredded cheese (your preference)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cook bacon to crispiness, brown sausage, fry hash browns, and cook eggs to your preference.

Here's the fun part: In a large casserole dish or glass bowl, lay a layer of hash browns down, and cover with cheese.

A layer of sausage, then cover with cheese.

Bacon, then cheese.

And finally the eggs... then covered in cheese.

Bake at 350°F for about 10 to 12 minutes.

Like I said, a very simple, but very pleasing way to serve breakfast if you love a good greasy meal!!! Serve with picante or syrup.

Serves about 4.
