KATE'S BEST CHICKEN SALAD WITH
GRAPES
 
1 lb. cooked chicken meat (from whole rotisserie chicken)
1/2 cup chopped red seedless grapes
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup toasted pecans
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup light mayonnaise

Remove skin and pull all white meat from rotisserie chicken. Add grapes, celery, green onion and pecans to shredded chicken and mix well. Add sour cream and mayonnaise to mixture and mix well.
