EASY CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. rice, uncooked
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
4 c. chopped cabbage

Brown hamburger and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Add rice, soup and water. Simmer for 10 minutes. Pour over cabbage. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Serves 6.

Harley, its just a measurement -- when you add the canned soup you'll have an empty can in your hand. Just fill the can with water from the tap.
