BROWNIE CRUMB PIE | |
3 egg whites dash if salt 3/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup chocolate wafer crumbs 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 pint sweetened whipping cream, whipped 1 (1 oz.) square unsweetened chocolate,shaved Beat egg whites with salt until soft peaks form. Add sugar gradually, beating until stiff. Fold in crumbs, pecans and vanilla. Spread in lightly greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 325°F for 35 minutes. Cool completely. Spread whipped cream over top. Chill for 3 to 4 hours or until firm. Top with shaved chocolate and if desired you can add a drop of whipped cream. Submitted by: NmT*** :) |
