RECIPE COLLECTION
“AMERICAN GOULASH” IS IN:

AMERICAN GOULASH 
2 lb. lean ground beef
1 medium onion
1 medium green pepper
1 (32 oz.) can tomato juice
2 cups elbow macaroni
1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Brown ground beef until done. Meanwhile, dice onion and green pepper. Add onions, green pepper, tomatoes, tomato juice, and macaroni. Salt and pepper to taste.

Cook on medium low heat for 45 minutes. Serve with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.

Use medium shell noodles for a great look and something different. Also fry beef, drain beef, add a packet of taco seasoning mix, for spicy goulash!! Just wonderful

I specifically looked for a goulash receipe that had several good reviews. Your receipe did. I made it for my two teenage sons and it was GREAT! They had two bowls each and I actually have some for leftovers. The Parmesan cheese at the end is what pulls it all together. Great meal. I'll make it again. Very easy!
