10 to 14 granny smith apples
10 eggs
2 cups granulated sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Peel apples, then chop into pieces. Grease a 9x13-inch pan with butter, then spread the apples evenly into the pan.

In a large bowl, mix all eggs with sugar for 5 minutes. Add flour to mixture, then pour over apples.

Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
