“CURRIED SHRIMP” IS IN:

CURRIED SHRIMP 
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup onion flakes
1/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons curry powder
1 cup chicken stock
2 cups milk
I teaspoon lemon juice
4 cups (about) shrimp, cooked

Melt butter, add crushed onion flakes and cook until soft. Stir in flour and seasonings. Add stock; cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add milk, lemon juice and shrimp. Heat thoroughly.

Makes 8 servings.

Cooks Note: Chicken may he substituted for shrimp if preferred.

Just tried this. My wife is a shrimp fan! Super easy and from what I gather it is fantastic!!! Easy and super flavorful.
