CURRIED SHRIMP 
1 lb. cleaned shrimp
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
curry powder
salt
pepper
1/2 c. sherry
paprika

Sauté pepper, onion and celery in butter. Add soups, shrimp, salt and pepper to taste. Stir in wine, curry powder and paprika to taste. Serve over rice.
