CORN SOUFFLE - MICROWAVE 
1 egg
14 oz. can cream style corn
6 whole Saltines, broken
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Beat egg in a small casserole. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Microwave 5 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes. Let set a few minutes before serving. Makes 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
