CREAMY CHEESE ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (8 oz.) jar artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
1 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350°F

Combine artichokes, mayonnaise, 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, lemon juice, pepper and garlic into medium bowl. Stir until mixed. Pour ingredients into baking dish. Sprinkle leftover Parmesan on top.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until top is brown. Serve warm with fresh cut up vegetables and French or rye bread.
