SPICY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3-4 chicken breast fillets, cut in half
1 red chili, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped coarsely
1/2 bunch coriander leaf
1 cup red wine
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 medium onion
1 tsp. paprika
glass of water
gravy granules

Preheat oven to 375°F (gas mark 5).

in a baking dish pour in wine and place chicken in, sprinkle paprika over chicken and into wine, followed by coriander, chopped chili and garlic with a little water, cover with foil and place in preheated oven.

Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes. Remove foil and add rest of water/onions/tomatoes/salt and pepper to taste. Add 2 tablespoons off gravy granules. recover with foil and bake for further 40 minutes.

Variation: If you like you can add chili powder.
