NANCY'S CHICKEN BROCCOLI
CASSEROLE
 
1 whole cooked and deboned chicken (I use a store-bought, rotisserie chicken)
1 large bunch broccoli, cut into flowerettes (save stalks for another use)
1 (10 oz.) can cream or chicken soup
1/2 can milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup French's fried onion rings

Whisk the soup, milk, mayonnaise and lemon juice together.

Lightly steam broccoli. Arrange chicken pieces and broccoli in baking dish.

Spread soup mixture over chicken and broccoli.

Top with grated cheese. Sprinkle with onion rings.

Bake uncovered at 350°F for about 20 to 30 minutes..
