YUMMY ROASTED RED POTATOES 
1 lb. red potatoes
1 cup Ranch dressing (HIDDEN VALLEY®)
1 cup shredded American cheese
1/2 bag real bacon bits (Hormel)
salt and pepper, to taste
dried parsley, for sprinkling

Chop the potatoes in quarters. Mix in Ranch dressing, cheese, bacon bits, and salt & pepper. Transfer to a casserole dish and cover tightly with aluminum foil.

Bake at 400°F for an hour or until potatoes are tender. Now just stir occasionally and when it's done sprinkle some dried parsley on top.
