WHIPPED LEMON SALAD 
1 lg. lemon Jello
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sm. marshmallows
1 c. diced peaches
1 sm. c. crushed pineapple
1 pt. whipped cream (whipped stiff)

1. Mix Jello with 4 cups boiling water and set aside.

2. Cook sugar, eggs, butter and salt, stirring constantly until slightly thickened.

3. Add to Jello and cool.

4. When cool, fold in marshmallows, peaches, pineapple and chill.

5. When partly set, add whipping cream.

6. Refrigerate overnight.
