6 tbsp. butter
2 cups chocolate chips
9 cups Rice Chex cereal
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
3 (3 oz. ea.) pkgs. cherry flavored jello (or 2 family size)

Melt butter and chocolate chips together. Stir Chex cereal into chocolate until well covered. Let cool down.

Mix together confectioners' sugar and cherry jello powder. Coat chocolate covered cereal well with jello mix.

Variations: You can also use strawberry, raspberry or orange jello, or 2 large boxes of banana pudding. Also try white chocolate and macadamia nuts, pecans, walnuts, dark chocolate. There are lots of different combinations you can create. Please share your favorites.
