PORK CHOP BAKE 
4 pork chops (I use bone-in)
2 large potatoes (microwave potatoes for few minutes)
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter
salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded cheese, for sprinkling

Fry pork chops in olive oil until brown. Cut potatoes into cubes.

In casserole dish place pork chops in bottom. Add potatoes, butter and seasonings, cover dish.

Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes. Check potatoes to make sure they are cooked and ready. Add cheese to top and place back in oven until melted.
