“QUICK ONION PARMESAN ROLLS” IS IN:

QUICK ONION PARMESAN ROLLS 
12 bulkie or artisan hard rolls
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1½ tablespoons instant minced onion or onion soup mix
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian herbs mixture

Split rolls crosswise. Combine butter and onion; mix well. Spread cut surfaces of rolls with butter mixture.

Arrange bulkie or other rolls on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 5 minutes. Remove rolls from oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan and chopped parsley and Italian herbs.

Return to hot oven for another 2 minutes.

Recipe may be used for submarine rolls or large Italian or French bread loaves, too.
