“RED SALAD DRESSING” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  REUBEN SANDWICH

RED SALAD DRESSING 
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup red wine or balsamic vinegar (or 1/4 cup each)
2 tsp. sea salt (or to taste)
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp. paprika (optional)
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. chopped fresh Italian parsley
1 tsp. fresh basil, chopped
1/4 tsp. oregano (optional)
pinch red pepper flakes
1 shallot, chopped

Combine ingredients; shake well.

Note: If this is made in a blender, no need to chop/mince in advance.

Store in refrigerator.
