Forgotten Cookies (Meringues)

I have used this recipe for years with great results. Last year I had to purchase a new oven and this one has a fan which runs after the oven is turned off and the cookies cool down rather than cook longer. Can you give me an idea of what temperature to bake these meringues and for how long....Without burning the tops? Thanks

Good recipe. you might want to use parchment paper or grease so it doesn't stick as much.

LOVE this recipe. It's a actually the 1st recipe I've tried where the instructions are to turn off the oven and bake that way. Other recipes I've tried are to bake at 200°F for two hours, then let stand to dry out. This one works better. That's sort of an answer to the question above, too.

Just to let you know if you want to make them healthier like I did, I substituted half the sugar with Stevia which seemed to break down the stiffness of the egg whites. They still tasted good but we're more soupy and ended up being flat cookies
