“EASY PANCAKES” IS IN:

EASY PANCAKES
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 cup milk

Mix the first four ingredients together. Then add the milk gradually until batter is smooth. Pour batter on greased hot griddle to size desired. Bake on hot griddle until tiny bubbles form around edges; flip and bake another 1-2 minutes until cooked through.

Note: Batter thickens as it sits. If the batter becomes too thick, add a little extra milk. If too thin, add another teaspoon of flour until desired consistency. A thicker batter and a hotter griddle will make thicker pancakes; a thinner batter and a cooler griddle will allow batter to spread for thinner pancakes.

Makes about 12 small pancakes.

Very good and very "kid help" friendly. I love that you do not add sugar. Also this is a good one for adding fruit.

I made these pancakes for breakfast and they were great. Very easy to prepare and they cook quickly. I suggest adding a topping (chocolate chips are great!). I would definitely recommend these!

Was truly an easy recipe to prepare but in my opinion needed a bit of sugar, or syrup if you prefer. I found that to make the insides all fluffy like add 2 eggs instead of 1. Bon appétit!

Very good for a quick and easy pancake recipe. I added a touch of vanilla to the batter and made extra to freeze and put in the toaster later.
