EGG, CHEESE, SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
6 pieces bread, trimmed and cut into squares 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated 2 cups milk 1 tsp. mustard 1 tsp. salt 6 eggs Layer bread in bottom of large casserole - top with drained sausage. Cover with cheese. Mix milk, eggs, mustard, and salt. Pour over other ingredients. Let set in refrigerate overnight, covered. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings. I do not cook mine this long - watch after 20-25 minutes. Submitted by: Wilma |
