1 env. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing or dips mix
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles, drained
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese
chopped avocado (optional)

Spread beans on 10-inch serving platter. Blend dairy sour cream and dressing mix. Spread over beans. Layer remaining ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips.

Makes 8 to 10 servings.
