1 cup peanut butter (your favorite)
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup sugar, for rolling
1 bag chocolate kisses, unwrapped (Hershey's)

Preheat over to 350°F.

In a large mixing bowl mix peanut butter, egg, vanilla and one cup sugar. Once mixed well roll small balls of mix (about a teaspoon) into small balls. Roll balls in sugar and place on cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes as soon as you take them out of the oven put a kiss in the center of each one.
