BEET (RASPBERRY JELLY) 
Cook beets (skins and all) until soft. Take 3 cups of juice, drain through cloth. To juice add 1 box of Sure-Jell. Bring to a boil. Add 4 cups sugar. Bring to a boil again then add 1/3 cup lemon juice.

Boil again then add: 1 box raspberry Jello and stir well. Let cool until lukewarm and pour into jelly jars.
