RASPBERRY (BEET) JELLY | |
6 c. beet juice (water beets have cooked in & strained through cloth) 2 pkgs. Sure Jell 1/2 c. lemon juice Combine and bring to boil, add 7 cups of sugar and 1 large or 2 small red packages raspberry Jello. Boil for 8 minutes. Pour in jelly jars and seal. Use boiling bath method to seal jars. Makes about 3 1/2 pints. |
