RASPBERRY - BEET JELLY 
6 c. beet juice
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 pkgs. Sure Jell
8 c. sugar
2 pkgs. raspberry jello

Bring first three ingredients to a boil in a large kettle; boil 1 minute. Add sugar and jello; boil 8 minutes and pour into sterilized jars. Seal with paraffin.

Note: Any red flavor jello may be used.
