HAWAIIAN SWEET POTATO BALLS 
4 lg. cooked & mashed sweet potatoes
2-3 tsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Pinch of cinnamon & nutmeg
2-3 tbsp. brown sugar
Crushed corn flakes
8 pineapple rings
8 maraschino cherries

Mix sweet potatoes, butter, salt, pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar well. Make into 8 balls. Roll balls in crushed corn flakes. Place ball on top of pineapple slice and top with cherries. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

This is a recipe I cook every year for thanks giving, but instead of corn flakes I use crushed pecans. I call them my itty bitty titties, because they look like little boobies when they are done. Everyone loves them!
