HAWAIIAN SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can sweet potato
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
Miniature marshmallows

TOPPING:

2 slices diced bread
1 stick melted butter

Layer in casserole dish. First layer potatoes, sugar and butter mixture. Second layer - pineapple (1/2 cup each time). Third layer marshmallows. Repeat layers. Cover with bread. Pour melted butter over bread cubes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
