QUICK AND EASY PIZZA CRUST 
1 pkg. or 1 tbsp. yeast
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 1/2 c. flour

Mix together above ingredients. Add enough flour to knead lightly. Let rise to double.

Hint: This goes quickly if bowl is placed near preheated oven. Spread in pan. Top with your pizza toppings and bake at 450 to 500 degrees for about 20 minutes.
