Great baked on a Stix maker. Great pick-me-up snack. Good with whipped topping. 1 (7 oz.) box chocolate muffin mix (Jiffy) 1 egg 1/3 cup milk or water OPTIONAL ADD INS: chopped nuts mini-chocolate chips raspberry preserves favorite flavoring or extract coconut flakes or your own favorites!
