IMITATION CRAB SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. imitation crab meat
1 small bag frozen green peas (do not cook)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, chopped
Old Bay seasoning, according to your taste (I like 1/4 tsp.)
garlic powder, to taste (optional)
celery salt, to taste (optional)
1/4 to 1/2 cup mayonnaise (enough to incorporate all ingredients)

Mix all ingredients. Chill in refrigerator. Better the next day.
