I love Ice Box pie my mom use to make it when I young. She use to do the same recipe but would use can frozen juice lemon, pink lemonade or grape. All three are great.

This recipe is also great using 1/2 cup lime juice for key lime pie and use a couple drops of green food coloring!!

This pie is also really good using crushed vanilla wafers as the bottom crust with whole cookies lining the edge of the pie dish. I also use fresh lemons and a little lemon zest. Can also use a store bought NILLA CRUST. The cookies make it fun to regulate the size of piece you want. 1 cookie, 2 cookies, etc.

Easiest and tastiest lemon pie around. Great/simple recipe! Will use over and over again!!!

Very easy to make and very good. I substituted lime juice for lemon, the pie is very light a perfect dessert after a dinner. I will definitely be making this again. Thank you Melody.
