BUFFALO CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1/3 cup hot sauce (or more to taste)
1 can cream of celery soup (or cream of onion, mushroom, etc.)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing
1/2 cup french fried onions
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 13x9-inch baking dish.

Lightly season chicken with salt and pepper. Place chicken at the bottom of the baking dish. Pour hot sauce over chicken pieces.

Mix together soup, dressing, and 1/2 cup cheese. Pour over chicken.

Top with the rest of the cheese and french fried onions.

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove foil and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked.
