EASY BAKED LASAGNA
1 packet ground beef
1 packet oven ready lasagna noodles
1 can of spaghetti sauce
1 large marble cheese block; shredded
pinch of parsley
pinch of basil
pinch of oregano
pinch of pepper

Cook ground beef until brown. Add can of spaghetti sauce and stir until well mixed. Add pinch of parsley, basil, oregano and pepper. Stir well until thoroughly mixed. Shred cheese.

Begin to prepare lasagna by placing noodles on the bottom of pan, then sauce, then cheese. Repeat until desired (or until ingredients run out).

Top layer should be the sauce with cheese on top. Place foil over baking dish.

Bake in oven at 375°F for 40 minutes.

This is a great recipe, but I would change one thing. More sauce! The oven ready noodles need to absorb some of the moisture and with only one can it came out really dry!

I love this because it was so fast to make!! I put a gravy boat of extra sauce on the table for those who needed extra sauce. With a pre-made bag of salad it made the perfect meal.

This is the first and only lasagna recipe I've ever tried, it's perfect for those who don't like chunks of tomatoes like me and mine! I don't use oven ready noodles though, they never get done enough! Delicious!

My dad made this exact recipe for years. He's passed away, and now I will make it for the family. I'm grateful it was here for me to find.
