CABBAGE MEDLEY | |
1 large head of cabbage 1 or 2 onions, chopped polish sausage, kielbasa, sliced up (whatever kind of sausage you like) 1 tsp. rosemary salt and pepper, to your taste 1 or 2 bags frozen or fresh vegetables (I like California Medley w/ broccoli, cauliflower & carrots) Add cabbage, onions, polish sausage and seasonings to Crock-Pot. Cook cabbage as you like it (soft or with a little crunch). Once the cabbage is ready add vegetables to the cabbage and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes more. I usually make cornbread with this meal!
