CABBAGE SALAD 
Use in place of tossed salad.

1/2 head green cabbage
1/2 onion
1/2 carrot
2 tbsp. water
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. olive oil

Wash, shred cabbage, onion and carrot. In a small bowl mix remaining ingredients well. Add to the vegetables and toss well.

Makes 6 servings.
