MARTHA'S BUSY DAY CHOP SUEY 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. can chop suey vegetables
1/3 c. water
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch

1. Brown hamburger and onion and drain.

2. Drain chop suey vegetables and add to hamburger mixture. Stir.

3. Stir cornstarch and water and soy sauce together until dissolved.

4. Stir into hamburger mixture and simmer 5 minutes with lid on. Stir occasionally. Spoon over prepared Minute rice (4 servings). Top with chow mein noodles.
