ASHLEY'S BUTTERED NOODLES | |
spaghetti noodles (already cooked) 2 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. onion powder pinch of salt 1/4 onion, chopped 4 tbsp. soy sauce Parmesan cheese, for sprinkling Placed the already cooked noodles in a frying pan with 2 tablespoons butter. Place over medium heat, gradually add lemon juice (do not forget to stir every time you add the ingredients) then add garlic salt, onion powder, salt and onion. Stir occasionally and let fry till the onions and a nice golden brown. Then add soy sauce. Stir frequently. Let cook for about 5 minutes then place into serving dish and add Parmesan cheese. Serving size depends on how many noodles cooked. Note: This recipe is for a serving size of one. It can be doubled and multiplied for more people with no harm done to texture or flavor. If you want you can add some cooked and chopped chicken to dish before putting on the Parmesan cheese. To spice up the look for the dish add a small sprig of parsley. Submitted by: Ashley |
