CREAMY CREAM CHEESE CORN 
2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
3 tbsp. butter
salt and pepper, to taste

Cream butter and cream cheese together to mix well. Add corn and stir well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Heat in microwave until thoroughly heated and mixed well.

This dish is great with traditional meals such as Thanksgiving turkey and Easter ham.

I make this all the time but add sausage or chicken and serve it with tortilla chips. I had a huge left over batch made with sausage and added a 24 oz box of chicken broth diced potatoes and made it into Corn Chowder soup. Best corn chowder soup I have ever had.

Blended together really well in pan on the stove also and was surprisingly very good. Used one whole corn and one cream corn. Easy side dish and full of flavor. Thanks for posting!

I've searched for this recipe for a while. In the 1980's it was on the Philly box for summer recipes that wouldn't overheat the kitchen. It also called for a chopped red or yellow bell pepper. It is amazing!
