“ORANGE BARBECUE WINGS” IS IN:

ORANGE BARBECUE WINGS 
2 1/2 pounds chicken wings
salt and pepper, to taste
1 (18 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
3/4 cup fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
pinch ground cloves
3 cloves garlic, crushed

Split chicken wings at each joint and discard tips; pat dry. Season wings with salt and pepper. Place wings on broiler pan.

Bake at 400°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.

Sauce:

Combine barbecue sauce, orange juice, Worcestershire sauce, rind, cloves and garlic in a saucepan and heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Brush sauce over wings.

This recipe is very tasty. I started with frozen wings so I bumped the temp to 450°F and the cooking time was 40 minutes. I poured the sauce over the wings at the last 20 minutes of cooking. I will do this recipe again, very good.
